TARGET GROUPS
The most disadvantaged and/or at risk, such as care leavers, homeless, victims of violence, discrimination or exploitation and people with special needs. There is a particular focus on young people. The intention is that a minimum of 50% of target groups are young people aged 12 to 30 years.
